At HOUSE OF YANI, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products designed for everyday style. Each product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
To maintain hygiene, quality, and fairness, we follow a strict no-return, exchange-only policy.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been delivered.
2. Exchange Policy (3-Day Window)
We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- The item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from stains, perfumes, or any marks
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID / receipt)
3. Eligible Reasons for Exchange
Exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Size does not fit
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
4. Non-Eligible Conditions
Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
- The product has been worn, washed, or used
- Any stains, odors, or damage are present
- Request is raised after 3 days of delivery
- Product is purchased under sale/discount (optional – include only if you want strict control)
5. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at houseofyani.co@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product showing the issue
- Once approved:
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send the product
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- After inspection, the replacement item will be shipped.
6. Shipping Policy for Exchange
- Customers are required to bear the shipping charges for exchange
(You can later upgrade this to “one-time free exchange” for better conversions)
7. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately within 3 days so we can resolve the issue.
8. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
9. Payment Policy
We accept only prepaid orders (online payments).
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
10. Processing Time
- Exchange requests are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
